Enoch was sat at his desk a cigarette hanging between his fingers; he paid no attention to it as he stared at Varian who was now watching him with equal intensity. “He’s awake, just sleeping now” Varian said moodily; his brother had been cryogenically frozen for 10 years, he was 35 in mind but not in body; his youth would never now leave him, his immortality had been awoken.

They both looked at each other Rioku’s eyes wide as his appearance shimmered before he completely disappeared; Enoch watched as the door to the penthouse opened by itself then slammed shut; Enoch did the same and followed the now invisible Rioku down to the square where there were 3 figures standing round some one lying on the floor.
